Home / Technical Strength / Additive Antenna Production Process Development

The traditional RFID Antenna production process such as Cu-etching, Al-etching or Ag ink printing process is not competitive at all, due to the cost increasing of raw material such Cu, Ag, Al. Favite has developed the patented additive Antenna production process, with conductive ink printing plus Cu-plating process, to reduce the raw material cost dramatically. The characteristic of the Favite additive Antenna production process is as follows:

The production process is additive instead of reductive process such etching process, and it will not waste material and will save much cost.
A competitive conductive ink is used before Cu-plating, to achieve the cost down goal.
The Favite additive antenna production process has no etching pollution, it meets the environmental protection trend.
The performance of antenna after Cu-plating process is same with Cu-etching process, and it gets benefit of huge cost reduction.
